I live in Texas and needed to sell a 7 acre lot in Kennedy Township / Coraopolis PA area. I inquired online about a real estate agent to assist me. An agent with a company called. We spoke. The agent(s) did some research and called me a few days later to let me know they couldn't/wouldn't help. It wasn't big enough for their efforts (that meant they couldn't make much money on it).A few days later I received an email from Don. He also requested information so he could do some research. He got back to me in a day and was happy to help. He was very familiar with the area. He went an visited the lot and accessed it. Don advised me on pricing and marketing. He was extremely thorough. I then made a visit (already planned before all this) and Don was courteous enough to take time to meet me and we went over surveys and other items regarding the property. My confidence and happiness with Don had already settled in even though we had never met. Once I met him, I was convinced he was an exceptional person and agent. I had full confidence this would get done.And it did. He marketed it and within a couple of weeks we had an offer. He negotiated extremely well and we settled on a price. All the paperwork was done via electronics as I was in Texas and the buyer there in PA. It couldn't have gone smoother.I highly recommend Don Boyle and his team. He's smart, humorous and a great agent.
