We met the Hansons a number of years ago when the agent who had been recommended to us could not be available. Everything happens for a reason...and they told us they wanted to be our "Realtors for a lifetime." I did not have the full understanding of what that would come to mean for years afterward. They have helped us with recommending contractors, helping us choose how to update our home and things available for our family to enjoy in the community...we especially love the Farmers Market! Sally & David are knowledgable about everything from the mechanical/construction parts of the house to the decorating and furnishings. They know southeastern Wisconsin real estate very well. During a buyers' market, they negotiated a good price!!! We recommend their services to everyone we know...and those people too have welcomed their services and come to appreciate them not just for the sale or purchase or their home...but for every question they have from landscaping to furnaces, insurance, roofs...plumbing, electrical and decorating help. We referred to Sally and David Hanson by other friends who had bought a house with their assistance. This was our first purchase with more to come...we had very specific requirements for a home in terms of price and location. As soon as the Hansons knew what we wanted, the went to work looking for the perfect property, Sally sent us listings and they took us to see homes. They found just the one we needed and David guided us thru the inspection and has been a great deal of help in suggesting contractors to help us make the changes we want to make to make the house "our own" just the way we want it.
