I can't even express in words how amazing Nick truly is. He is wonderful and knowledgeable at what he does. He went through each of the many homes we toured and would honestly tell us what we could potentially be looking at down the road in regards to maintence and unexpected costs. He never ever tried to sell us on anything that wasn't right for us or that we didn't love. He never gave up on us through this heartbreaking time of being a home buyer. He was always there when we needed him. He was always available when we contacted him and if he wasn't he always found someone to atleast show us the house and was available if we wanted to submit an offer or ask questions. We always felt better if he was there though. He was so detailed every single time we looked at a house. He is just a good human! He even helped us after the home buying process as we had plumbing issues, garage door issues, he is just so genuinely nice & so helpful! We gained an amazing realtor and home and friend! We are having this man over for dinner once we get settled in. Do not look elsewhere, Nick is THE man. Nick The Man is literally what my husband saved Nick's number as in his phone.
