Sam contacted us regarding our For Sale by Owner home as a buyers agent. I had received numerous calls from buyers agents who first demanded a commission agreement or % before even bringing their clients through. Needless to say, I was hesitant. But Sam was kind, professional and showed complete loyalty to his buyers and their home search. I could tell his clients were #1 and he had a commitment to their happiness, yet Sam didnt make us, the sellers, feel any less significant. Sam was extremely fair, straightforward and helpful during the entire transaction. He was always available to answer our questions and make sure we fully understood every step in the process.
