Toree McQueen is a true professional in all aspects of the real estate market. My sister and I arrived in Oregon on very short notice to look at homes. Zillow matched us with Toree and we are so thankful they did. Within a few hours of speaking, Toree had lined up several properties for us to view the following day. All of the the homes she planned for us to look at were well thought out and focused on my sisters wants and needs.We found the perfect house on the first day and Toree made recommendations on what the next steps we should take and how we should draft the offer based on this particular property and the market conditions. Our offer was accepted without any counter offer which was a relief. My sister was ecstatic she would be purchasing this home.Toree was so helpful throughout the entire purchase process. She helped us in so many ways that we didn't expect such as helping with selecting carpet for one of the rooms and setting up installation, showing up to allow our moving company to access the garage and deliver since we were out of state. Toree was calm and focused even when we got stressed over anything she always made us comfortable and told us everything would be okay. She was right! Everything was way better than okay.I can honestly say that Toree is someone that is trustworthy, honest and very hardworking for her clients.
