My wife and I had a great experience working with Jason to find our new home. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but our search was very broad to begin with. Jason ventured out numerous times to walk through houses that we had found and houses he suggested for us. Each time we managed to narrow down what we wanted/needed in a home. This was incredibly important for us that Jason was patient in our search especially early on when we had not clearly decided on many variables in a home.When we found our home we knew we had to move fast because houses were selling quickly. Jason, being a reasonable human, had a vacation scheduled when we wanted to make an offer. Despite his vacation he still responded to us and since he works with a team he managed to help us get an offer in that day. We cant say enough about the Veenstra Team and their work to help us.We looked for homes in several Kalamazoo neighborhoods and Jason was able to tell us what he thought each home was worth. Because of his knowledge we were able to negotiate a price that was favorable to us. He walked us through each step in the process since this was our first home purchase and was quick to respond whenever we had questions.Thank you, to the entire Veenstra Team for all of your help. Certainly there is joy in having a new home, but we also have joy knowing we were in good hands along the way.
