It's difficult to write a negative review about anyone. In this case, I'm writing to protect others from what I had to go through. I don't like saying this, but it's true: she "speaks falsely" with such frequency that she actually believes what she's saying! Surprisingly dishonest;says one thing to you, another to someone else - whatever makes her look good. She's part time in Myrtle Beach, part time in Greensboro??? She "so busy" she didn't reply to update requests, emails or calls, but when there were matters that needed attention, they were somehow all my fault/ responsibility?!? Turns out I knew others who've dealt with her also - she didn't pay people who did work for her, always ran late ... you get the idea. I ended up working with someone else. Best decision I made, but I feel bad for her that she is as she is. Oh, watch for when she over-states the size of the places she lists, and then puts "Buyer to verify." I checked... all of hers are like that.
