When my husband and I decided to buy a home, my son stated he knew the perfect person that would assist us in the purchase of a home. The person he recommended was Ms. Tana Springer. We made a list of aEURoeFor Sale homesaEUR? we were interested in touring. We gave Tana the list and she made it possible for us to tour all the homes we were interested it. From the first time I met Tana Springer, I knew she was the right person to help us find a home. She is so knowledgeable in the construction of houses, spots the flaws in them and would point those flaws out to us; which we appreciated. She would ask questions so that she could get to know us better and know exactly what kind of home we were looking for. She has excellent customer service skills and as I mentioned earlier, she is so knowledgeable in the realty business and the construction business. I honestly do not think that we would have made the purchase we made without Tanas experienced advice. She was so helpful and went above and beyond her job. Every time we had a question, whether about a certain house, price, value, etc. she would always have answers for us. If not right away, she would always tell us she would check into it and get back to us. She never left us wondering what was going on at any time; she always returned our calls, answered our questions, and always showed up at the viewing of houses. We truly appreciate everything Tana Springer did to help us get our home. She was always honest and gave us advice as to what we could do about a certain situation or problem. She always had solutions to our uncertainties and made us feel comfortable. We are now happy in our home and do not regret the purchase of it. I would highly recommend Tana Springer to anyone who wants to purchase a home. Tana is a person whom you can trust and know that she will be there for you 100% up to the end when you are closing the purchase of your home.

When my wife and I decided to start looking for a house, the concept was a bit overwhelming. By chance i came across Tana's contact info and it was a blessing in disguise. From the initial phone call, i knew i had made the right choice of who would be helping us out. We must of seen over fifty (50) houses in about two and a half months and yet Tana was so patient every step of the way.We had decided on one house but due to some difference of opinions between the sellers and me, we struggled to find some middle ground. Tana went above and beyond to help both the seller and us (the buyer) to find it. However, due to some unforeseen issues with the house, we respectfully declined on the house. We decided to buy the house we now own today. Through it all, Tana displayed a professionalism that was above and beyond any expectations i would have perceived of a real estate agent.
