Teddi Schill made house hunting in a very competitive market fun and rewarding! We had put 10 offers in before we got our dream home. Over the course of a year spending most evenings and every weekend showing us homes as soon as they hit the market. From speaking with us she knew exactly what we were looking for in a home and area we wanted to stay in. Offering her expertise on the city as well made us expand our search from what she told us!There were moments my husband and I were ready to throw in the towel after being beat on all cash buyers or being out bid, but Teddi kept a smile the entire time and made sure we stuck to our wants and the end goal of our dream home! We have now been in our home for 6 months and every morning we wake up we feel so grateful to call this our dream home! The only thing is I miss spending weekends with Teddi looking at houses:)
