If you need a realtor do yourself a favor and look no further. Teddi Schill is incredible. She went out of her way on so many occasions to make my home search simple. Teddi Schill is a remarkable realtor. She found me the perfect house in Milwaukie at the perfect price and coordinated the closing to suit my circumstances. She walked me through the paperwork, including 1031 Exchange documents. Teddi paid attention to everything I was looking for in a house, and every evening e-mailed me information on properties to consider. She checks flood zone details, soil erosion reports, prior owners, true taxes, and actual incomes on rental properties. She leaves nothing to the imagination, and uncovers everything a seller may have skipped over, forgotten, or obscured. She also knows who the slumlords and slap-dash flippers are in Portland, and is especially diligent in checking details on any of their properties for sale. She digs up plats and survey reports and anything else one needs to evaluate a property. She is honest, and showed me every property appropriate to my wish-list and my budget, without regard to who the listing agent may be. Teddi grew up here and has a keen sense of the neighborhoods in and around Portland. Teddi worked very well with the construction inspector I chose. She has been punctual and endlessly patient in taking me to see potential properties. After the closing Teddi even helped me find the perfect tenant!
