Listed for one year, 3 contracts the first two supposedly put up Ernest money. Agent failed to collect. Each backed out. I was told it was up to me to take them to court. Even though the paperwork said he had collected the Ernest money but told us he had not. I believe he did not receive it. But is that not his job. On the third one we closed. But never saw him after I first listed even through closing. Glenn beck advertises in Florence every day for Adam , the concept is great and I am sure works. Adam is a nice guy but customer service is well below par. My company would be out of business if I treated customers that way. I have received many request to respond to this survey for two years. Did not want be negative. I here the advertisement every day finally decided to respond. Not that this will go any further but that is the the story of what happened
