My wife and I have worked with Emily for several years, first as our buying agent and then again just recently as our selling agent. As our selling agent, Emily listed our property with professional photos that accurately represented our property. The following Sunday she held an open house and that evening called with a full price offer. That offer fell thru in about a weeks time but shortly after we got word, Emily called to say she had another offer and were able to close within 60 days for very near asking price. Emily was also instrumental in obtaining the necessary inspections and paperwork as required for closing. We initially chose to work with Emily because of her professional demeanor and energy, we returned to work with Emily because she is personable and has become a family friend.
