After going through a couple of other realtors, one of whom was relocated and two of whom went radio silent without explanation, Joline was a breath of fresh air. Quick responses, cheerful demeanor, and professional expertise barely scratch the surface of everything there was to love about my experience working with Jo. We were in touch almost every day regarding new listings, ones we had our eyes on, plans for showings, and everything in between. Reachable by text, phone, and email, I could almost always count on a response within an hour (usually much sooner) with an answer to whatever I needed. As a first time home buyer I came in nervous and unsure of what to expect or do, and working with Joline made the process fun and exciting.
