My husband and I started the home buying process without really knowing where to start. We were not first-time home buyers but it had been many years. We were blessed to have found The Butters Team. Not only are they local to Culpeper but a family. Supporting a local-family business has always been important to us. We were treated as family and not as just another client.Mike Butters came to our home and sat down with me and went over every step of the process, what to expect from Day 1 all the way through closing. We discussed our current home, our requirements for the new home, and he answered all of my questions. We immediately felt comfortable and confident in the decision to use The Butters Team.Mike definitely listened to the needs and wants that were important to us because he located the perfect home for our family. Dianna Banks was a key player in making this process a smooth as possible and constantly went above and beyond for us. We worked very closely with her in getting all of the required documentation completed and submitted. She, and Mike, also were in constant communication with our lender to ensure that he what he needed as well. This cut down on us having to be the middle man in relaying information back and forth. Mike and Dianna made themselves available to us 24/7 which was extremely important when going through the home buying process.I can not say enough about The Butters Team. An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly recommended and we will definitely use them again.
