Collin is a fantastic realtor that I would recommend to anyone. He is very experienced in the house flipping business so he knows what to look for as far as construction goes and knows his costs, which is very helpful with a realtor. He used to flip houses himself. Collin is also cares about morals which we really appreciate, because there are a lot of realtors that can be very shady. Collin talks big and promises a lot, but he delivered on everything. He was both our buying and selling agent. Honestly we knew our house would go fast, so we wanted to list FSBO but he convinced us otherwise, and I am SO glad he did. From now on I am a firm believer in realtors, especially Collin! He has knowledge about what to do in situations to drive the price up that I would never have thought of. He is very connected and great at marketing. He got us a WELL over asking price on our home, and created a bidding war. Same story for buying our home.... Collin delivered once again! There was a multiple offer situation, and he negotiated his way to get them to accept ours over the other, even though it was the same offer.
