We originally found Hunter on Zillow and had never met him in person nor did we know anything about him. We further complicated the situation as we had never been to Idaho before but were interested in purchasing a "lock and leave" residence. Hunter was able to extrapolate critical wants and needs from our conversations and text messages, thus streamlining the process for us. He presented us with several options but in the end, we relied on his expertise to basically "select our home" for us as this was purchased sight unseen! He put us in the heart of CDA within walking distance to several lovely restaurants, a fabulous kitchen store, walking paths and entertainment. Now that we are fully relocated and settled in, we couldn't have asked for anything better for us. Hunter was able to gather our wants/needs and presented us with a perfect "lock and leave" home. Having grown up in his family real estate and development business, Hunter is experienced way beyond men twice his age. We will be purchasing more real estate through Hunter as well as recommending him as a broker to our family.
