Brian took on the sale of our home after another very prominent realtor in area failed to get an offer after nearly 40 showings in a 3 month period. Brian came in and evaluated our home and upgrades and discussed what we had for goals of the sale both in time and financially. He affirmed the home was priced right and he was sure he could get us a good offer in 60 days. From the beginning I had great communication from his team and while the number of showings were less than before, they were BETTER showings as we received 2 offers and another was pending when we decided to accept one and move towards closing. His staff was very professional, timely and always willing to discuss the process and showings. When it came to counter or work on accepting an offer he offered good recommendations based on past experience while also listening to my own concerns or thoughts. In the end it was a very painless process from a professional and personable team. I would highly recommend Brian and his team again. Thank you.
