I would like to thank Ben Geanetta for all his work! It sounds cliche, I know, but honestly, he was so easy to work with and really made the process easy for us. The home we purchased from Ben is a second home and is six hours from where we currently live, which could have made things very challenging! However, it totally did not! In fact, it was the compete opposite! He even did a walk through of the home for us and sent us videos! Ben made himself available to help several times during the process, which made things so much less difficult than I imagined. He was very responsive and kept us informed as we went through each step. Once we closed, Ben reminded us that his job was not done and he was still willing to help us in any capacity we needed. Hands down we would definitely recommend Ben Geanetta, no questions! Thank you again, Ben! We are so excited to get over to Sandpoint and enjoy our new home!

Ben was an amazing agent- highly recommended . Ben was a wonderful agent. He was patient. I looked at quite a few houses and put in quite a few offers, all of which the houses seem to have problems that I had not foreseen. He helped guide me through these problems and possible fixes and was great at communicating with the other realtor, buyers and myself. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially through the escrow process. Escrow was very stressful for me, and he continued to be patient, he helped keep me remain focused on the important issues, gave me support when I was stressed and helped me make informed decisions that I was comfortable with.He helped find competent inspectors and also helped find and schedule the appropriate people for repairs needed on the house for multiple issues that I had. I never felt pressured by him. He is pleasant to talk to... and I was super happy that it was Ben who helped me find a house (the process took over 2 years). I would highly recommend Ben as a competent, friendly, professional agent.
