Andrea was always pleasant encouraging and supportive throughout the entire purchase process. She was constantly open to any requests we made to tour or view properties and even had someone available for us in her absence when out of town. She allowed us to feel comfortable with rejecting or accepting any offer without feeling rushed to make a selection. She understood that we had a specific vision for what we wanted in a home for our family and didn't press or push us in anyway to go against that to hurry to find a house. She went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. She made us feel cared for and about, in a way that made the ups and downs of searching for a home bearable. Andrea shared our faith and belief that all our efforts would be blessed with a successful outcome despite the time it was taking. And when the day came for us to sign for our long awaited home after several months of searching and losing out on bids and seeing many properties that weren't quite right, she shared in our celebration and feelings of gratitude with the same exuberance we did.
