I had the honor of working with James Presnell when searching for a home to buy. I do not want to classify myself as high maintenance but there were specific things that I wanted and Jim made it a point to choose houses that had all of the qualities I was looking for while staying in the price range that was set for him. While viewing the houses he answered any questions that may have come up as well as pointing things out that I may have missing or not noticed as we were viewing the homes. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the homes we were viewing unless they were newly listed homes but he even through the newly listed homes was still able to answer any and all questions we had. I would recommend Presnell Partners to anyone who asks for an Agent who is looking to buy or sell a home. We will return in the case we decide to sell or buy another home.
