I came to know Ryane Johnson when I was looking to purchase a new home after recently being divorced. At the time, I was trying to sell our current Woodbridge VA home. But I did not want to ask my selling realtor to help me look for a new home as I felt she was not up for the job. I did not want to distract her from her main goal of selling my current home. I was looking to buy in the Woodbridge/Manassas area or the Fredericksburg area. I was already working with a realtor in Fredericksburg, but wanted someone more local to help me see homes in Woodbridge/Manassas area. Ryane was a go getter from the start. Based on my customized desires, he sent me a list of homes to review. I selected my favorites and he arranged viewings of my top ten the very next weekend. He organized the viewings by location and we were able to view all 10 in one hour. I was very impressed! That being said, I decide to purchase a home in Fredericksburg (mainly because my daughter was transferring to Mary Washington and I wanted her to be able to stay at home). Despite the fact that I used another realtor to purchase my new home, Ryane continued to be helpful and he hooked me up with a trustworthy contractor to use to get new carpet in my new home. This left a lasting impression.While looking forward to my upcoming move, I was getting uneasy with the 100 plus days my current home had been on the market. So, I contacted Ryane and said I wanted to fire my current realtor and hire him to sell my house. He told me exactly what I needed to do. Once the house was back on the market, we lost the summertime listing advantage, but with a move competitive listing price and aggressive advertising Ryane sold it within 60 days. With lots of bumps along the inspection/closing process, Ryane always had a plan and a plan B to keep the ball rolling. By the end, I can attest that Ryane Johnson is truly one class act.
