Ryane recently helped me buy a condo in Burke, VA. This was my first time buying a home and Ryane?s expertise and advice was extremely valuable. He was very patient and helpful, while maintaining responsive and clear communication from beginning to closing. He did a fantastic job of finding out what I wanted and setting up a customized search for me. I?d select properties to visit and he was very flexible about showing them at hours that worked with my schedule. Ryane encouraged me to look at all of the options, so I would be making an informed decision without any regrets. He has a keen sense of property value and we saw some condos pass us by at approximately the value Ryane estimated them at. Throughout the process I knew that Ryane had my back. Once I decided on a unit that needed some work, he aggressively negotiated with the seller?s agent on my behalf and recommended contractors, giving me great advice on what to expect when renovating a property. He went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations as to what a real estate agent should do for a client. I more than highly recommend Ryane as a real estate agent and will be using him in the future to rent my condo and buy additional properties.
