If anyone you know needs a realtor to be on your side from initial contacts, viewings, to closing activities, Ryane is a realtor to be retained. I know if I ever need a realtor again, he will be the first one I call. His knowledge of the areas and network of contacts for every need is unparalleled. He knows housing and all the issues that need to be explored before we made an offer. He found the mortgage company to help us get the best possible deal, he knew the inspector to give us a comprehensive evaluation. He even knew a general contractor to take care of those minor repairs. He was patient to wait until we found what my wife deemed to be our perfect home. He knew exactly what to do at each stage of the process and what kind of timing we should anticipate. I called at all hours of the day and night and he always returned my calls and e-mails at his first availability, sometimes in minutes. He was able to quickly process the homes I wanted to see and schedule visits to those that were worthwhile. Often, he was able to shorten a list of 20+ possibilities to about a dozen that were more in line with our tastes. After a couple of viewings, he was able to anticipate and predict what we were looking for. It became a game where he would predict whether we like the home or not. He was more accurate than my wife was of my liking it or of me of my wife liking the home. His handling of a difficult/stubborn seller allowed us to get the best deal possible. I think the most impressive aspect of Ryane was his ability to keep my wife limited to a 3 county search and not go outside of the state in our searches and viewings. In short, I found a friend who sincerely cares about me and my family.

Ryane recently helped me buy a condo in Burke, VA. This was my first time buying a home and Ryane?s expertise and advice was extremely valuable. He was very patient and helpful, while maintaining responsive and clear communication from beginning to closing. He did a fantastic job of finding out what I wanted and setting up a customized search for me. I?d select properties to visit and he was very flexible about showing them at hours that worked with my schedule. Ryane encouraged me to look at all of the options, so I would be making an informed decision without any regrets. He has a keen sense of property value and we saw some condos pass us by at approximately the value Ryane estimated them at. Throughout the process I knew that Ryane had my back. Once I decided on a unit that needed some work, he aggressively negotiated with the seller?s agent on my behalf and recommended contractors, giving me great advice on what to expect when renovating a property. He went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations as to what a real estate agent should do for a client. I more than highly recommend Ryane as a real estate agent and will be using him in the future to rent my condo and buy additional properties.
