Terence is committed to helping out everyone in the best way possible! We were looking for small investment properties and he was willing to show us anything on our list that other realtors might've felt inconvenienced by. He is knowledgable about all aspects of the home buying/selling process and helps out in every way possible. The level of care we received makes me want to stick with Terence for all future investment properties and the next primary residence upgrade. The only think to keep in mind is there may be slight delays in response or being late once in a while but that's because he's giving all his clients quality service and when it's your turn you will have all his attention. I only say that so you don't give up on him when you don't get an instant response because you'd be missing out going with someone else.

I am not sure there are enough words humanly possible to describe the experience I had with Terence, but I will try. To say I was nervous in selling my home, is an understatement, but Terence walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He is knowledge, diligent, and worked on my home as if it were his home. He provided upgrades to the home that allowed me to list the property at a price that comparable to the appraised price. The upgrades that he made to the home made it look like a brand new home, and it was breathtaking to say the least. He communicated and explained ever detail of the selling process with me, and if there were any issues, he seemed to be 1 step ahead. This was the most stress free and seamless process I have ever experienced. He made what I thought was going to be the toughest decision and process ever, the easiest and overall best decision I have ever made. Not only would I recommend him for buying and selling your home, but you would be crazy not to.
