We had a great experience with Terence. He communicated with us professionally over the phone, through text and in person throughout all times of day. For our first encounter he was able to immediately show us a house and was available a full day to view a list of houses that same week. Terence was also very knowledgeable about what house would be best for us, considering we were first time home buyers. He made it very clear that we were in no rush to close on any home, allowing us to feel comfortable throughout the house hunting journey until we said yes! Throughout the closing process and prior, Terence also thoroughly explained the process and was able to virtually send documents for signing/review. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer to working with a mortgage banker. Overall, I'm glad we worked with Terence for our first home buying experience and we appreciate his help throughout the whole process!

My wife and me went to home buying education class they told us what to look For good and bad signs in a realtor. With this education Terence Robinson was and is a God send. We saw on Zillow that he was the point of contact on almost all the houses we were looking not knowing he was a realtor set up a time to see the house was there before we were at this point he opens the doors just shows us the house got a great vibe from him he was all the good things we learned about a realtor we fired our other realtor and after Terence became our realtor and found our new home. Terence took care of us all throughout the home buying process and even after he made us promises that he kept for example we were talking about mounting our television on the wall and once we bought our home settled in we bought our televisions and he came and mounted Themis very handy always communicating with us. We met more then a realtor we have a friend for life now.

Terence is committed to helping out everyone in the best way possible! We were looking for small investment properties and he was willing to show us anything on our list that other realtors might've felt inconvenienced by. He is knowledgable about all aspects of the home buying/selling process and helps out in every way possible. The level of care we received makes me want to stick with Terence for all future investment properties and the next primary residence upgrade. The only think to keep in mind is there may be slight delays in response or being late once in a while but that's because he's giving all his clients quality service and when it's your turn you will have all his attention. I only say that so you don't give up on him when you don't get an instant response because you'd be missing out going with someone else.
