Our experience with Bree and Associates Real Estate Team was exceptional! We worked with Leigh Mortlock for over 4 years before we found the home that suited our needs and desires, in a very challenging market. We looked at a multitude of homes over this time. Although there were times that, we became discouraged, unable to find a home that we liked, due to our restrictive geographic criteria and specific must haves. The team at Bree and Associates continued the search for us with optimism and confidence that they would find our dream home. Complicating their task, our new home purchase was contingent on the sale of our previous home. Leigh, Bree, and Mallory worked diligently to accomplish this successful transaction. Throughout the entire process Leigh and the other members of Bree and Associates were professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. They provided us with consistent and timely communication throughout the entire process. We cannot stress enough how important this was for us, and how they accommodated this key element. Real estate is not our field of expertise. We moved from Portland to Astoria - a big move for us. We were nervous (and excited) and knew nothing about the Astoria market. What we found out quickly is that in this smallish town, businesses and professionals aren't so quick to get back to inquiries - a shame. Leigh got back to us quickly, and was always a responsive & enjoyable communicator, from that first day until the end of our sale. Despite some troubles we had in the transactions (both an inexplicably denied offer and a VERY long loan funding with multiple issues) Leigh was able to work with the listing agents (and thus the sellers) and keep things calm, cool and collected. We also appreciated the way that Leigh made us feel like part of the family, and the town, so that when we moved in we already felt like locals. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone.
