Our experience with Bree and Associates Real Estate Team was exceptional! We worked with Leigh Mortlock for over 4 years before we found the home that suited our needs and desires, in a very challenging market. We looked at a multitude of homes over this time. Although there were times that, we became discouraged, unable to find a home that we liked, due to our restrictive geographic criteria and specific must haves. The team at Bree and Associates continued the search for us with optimism and confidence that they would find our dream home. Complicating their task, our new home purchase was contingent on the sale of our previous home. Leigh, Bree, and Mallory worked diligently to accomplish this successful transaction.
