I would highly recommend Bree and Associates to represent your real estate needs. Any time I had a question or a minor issue came up with the buying process Leigh Mortlock and Amanda Fanelli were quick to respond and clear things up. They were great at keeping me informed on the next steps in the process and what I needed to do to be prepared for it. There was some electrical work that needed to be done on the home I purchased and Leigh was able to work it out so the seller covered the cost. All the while she explained every scenario and how it could have played out with the seller. I felt very prepared. In another instance, when I thought the deal was soon to close and potentially early, Amanda explained every detail about what happens with the loan. She let me know how long it usually takes the USDA to process loans and gave provided dates on when things could ideally go through. Unfortunately, the deal didn't close early due to waiting on the USDA loan to go through during the holiday season, but definitely got done on time. Along the way with all my excitement and anticipation these ladies really made all steps as smooth as possible and I really appreciate all their hard work.
