Kathleen is an outstanding real estate agent! I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed! She is the constant professional, yet she is also someone who makes you feel as though you have been friends for ages from the moment you meet. She makes you feel valued and provides a 5 star service like no other. It wasn't easy selling my first home. I was clueless, scared, and frankly a little needy. Kathleen walked me through each step of the process and explained things in a way that I understood. She calmed my fears to the point where I no longer feared the unknown and truly trusted in the process, and in her! Because she can connect in a special, genuine way with people, your home selling (or buying) process no longer seems scary or daunting...it's like your best friend came along for the journey and has your back. She refused to let fear stand in the way of us maximizing the true potential of our property. She gave us expert advice on the area comps and what we could do as homeowners to minimize our out of pocket cost, yet still maximize our property profitability. Kathleen went so far above and beyond for us. Not many agents do. Of course, as luck would have it, our washer broke the night of closing and we were moving out of the state. What did she do? She worked with the repair company to fix it, including sitting with the service tech. as he repaired it! When an unexpected package showed up at the sold address, who sent it off to us??
