We first became acquainted with Kim when she listed and very successfully sold a home in our neighborhood. When she listed a second home nearby we were preparing to list our home and I called her with concerns about how the two homes compared. She handled my concerns very professionally. Then, using a different realtor in the summer of 2023 we were not able to sell our home and took it off the market. In early 2024 we decided to try again using Kim as our realtor and the experience was the total opposite. She has a network of contacts in the industry with whom she promoted the property and it received considerable traffic. When the offers rolled in Kim was very savvy in dealing with the buying agents by identifying and obtaining the particular terms we wanted. She gave great time and attention to the details of the sale and made it happen. I highly recommend her.
