If you are looking for property in Western North Caroline, Julie Tallman with DixonPacifica Real Estate is the best person who can help you. About a year ago, I decided that I wanted to buy a cabin in the mountains in Waynesville or the surrounding area. Knowing no real estate agent, I randomly picked one off of a sign and called. Immediately, I was given to another realtor who asked me what I was looking for and she put me on an automatic property search. I told her if she found 3-5 properties that caught my interest, I would fly in from Florida to take a look. A friend found a place she thought I might like so I e-mailed that realtor to call me to set up an appointment; she did not follow through.
