As both an investor and a lender, I remain impressed with Aprils industry knowledge of both the real estate market, as well as her familiarity with the different lending options (especially in the Pittsburgh market which is competitive with so many products and lenders). Personally, shes helped me look at properties, both on market and off-market, specifically with the comps and understanding the areas that were investing in (from Greensburg to City of Pittsburgh). She helped me with purchasing a property on Mt. Pleasant Street in Greensburg, and is currently helping us to find a multi in Pittsburgh, so as a client, I enjoy working with her. Ive also sent clients to her and had her help me find rentals throughout the region and Id recommend her (and I do just that) to anyone looking for a serious agent who puts clients first. I feel appreciated by her and she keeps me grounded especially when looking at riskier investments (which is helpful because I get a little over the top sometimes). She has dealitis. She is more self focused on what she wants to do in a deal and not what a buyer or seller wants to do. If I could I would give her a zero stars and would not recommend her to anyone. She showed me one property & she claimed she extended my offer but it was declined & the seller had accepted a higher offer. I dont believe she ever submitted my initial offer to be perfectly honest with you. Then her next attempt to get a a deal going she precedes to send me properties outside of my criteria. She took several days to get information about those properties and then basically tried to force me into a showing time slot that was not within my availability that was late evening when I had asked for a morning showing. Then she continues on claiming that she has someone else that wants to look at the house also in a matter of a fact Manner. Like my time and inquiry was just so insignificant an inconvenient to her. I dont know if it was just her lack of people skills or she just was pretty much head-hunting grasping at straws trying to close any deal that she could to get her Hands-On just so she can get her numbers up. Nevertheless it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an agent.
