Christina went above and beyond. She walked me through (literally holding my hand) every aspect of home buying. She explained every question I had in detail and always answered my calls even late in eve. I felt Christina was a very knowledgeable agent as well as knew everything inside and out about the home almost as much as inspectors did and pointed things out to me that I would of never payed attn to. I felt she didnt rush me and was not all about just making a sale. I feel like she genuinely cared and is a very honest/straight shooter type agent. She worked hard for me (sending contract, emails to sellers agent etc at 10pm at night) and was in my corner every step of the way. She also referred me to a great lender that worked diligently and thought the process was fairly quick. If you want someone knowledgeable in every home buying aspect, straight shooter, hard working (she is literally always working even on vacation she took my calls snd was calling me) will always answer your calls even if its to tell you she will get right back to you, patience of a saint, is not pushy , makes it more Pers and not so much biz, then this is your agent.

We recently decided to move back St. Louis and contacted Christina Rebhan for assistance. We had a very specific list of requirements with regards to location and the house itself. The property in Kirkwood is moving quickly and we were a six-hour drive from St. Louis so getting timely information was critical! Christina made sure this happened. One Friday night, we found our dream home in one of Christinas emails -it checked all the boxes aEUR" the day it was put on the market. We called Christina after 9pm on a Friday night, she answered and by 10pm that night, Christina had an appointment for us to see the house Saturday. This tour confirmed this was THE house. Having Christina on our side in the highly competitive market was truly the differentiator. Her insight and guidance ensured our offer was the chosen one. I wont give you all her secrets, but I honestly think her approach and advice is what allowed us win! Otherwise we would still be looking. Once our offer was chosen, Christinas knowledge of the entire process made us easily transition to inspection, to financing, to contract, to walk thru! She made it seamless in an environment where we had to do all of this, aside from the final walk thru and close 6 hours away! I had many questions along the way, and literally I believe her response time was measured in minutes, some cases seconds. This is so important when the questions deal with your forever house!
