Stacy Gloster Was awesome she did an outstanding job definitely on top of her A game. She sold our house and we purchased a new home with her . We were downsizing . Unfortunately we were looking for a house for over a year before we found Stacy at a open house.she got the ball rolling . She told us dont worry Ill find you the house to fit you and boy we were off and running with Stacy . She never gave up .We told her our story how lackey daisy the other realtor was not sending no updates .we were always late on putting bids in but not after you meet Staci most houses we were the first ones in the homes .shes like I got a new one on the market come on lets go.I think we found a house in about three weeks tops and started the process .lol The old house sold in two days .lol during the pandemic .awesome She told us what to do to get the home ready to sell you have to listen to your realtor . Deneen is an excellent realtor who combines a passion for the business with unique knowledge of the local market and an ability to connect with her clients. From the start, she was professional, competent, responsive, and able to execute on her plan to sell the house. While some of the work had already been done on the house, Deneen came up with a list of additional improvements to make before the house went on the market, but more importantly she was able to recommend contractors who could do the work and others who could provide professional services such as home staging. Whenever there was an issue, Deneen was always available to follow-up and work toward a solution. The marketing and selling of the home was flawless, especially the staging and the photographs, and I really appreciated Deneens calm demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to focus throughout the process, including during the weekend when the house went under contract.
