I have used Kristen for the locating property for development projects and for selling the projects. From the start, she was a huge help. She helped Me decide on what properties were the best location and the best price. She helped price the developments correctly with the changing market. She advertised the Developments well, and ran quite a number of open houses, both for local agents and buyers.
