My wife and I have come across a tremendous amount of people both in and out of the real estate business in our professional lives. We've had a chance to observe everything about these people, their personality, their demeanor, their ability to address issues - we could go on and on.After meeting and observing and communicating with Jason Crosswell, we have to take the time to voice our opinion of him.We have certain special needs and know what we are looking for. Jason has taken that to heart and listened very, very well. Jason listens instead of just trying to sell you a certain property. He doesn't act like a car salesman who tries to push you into a deal. This is very important because you really need to get to know everything about your clients, their dislikes as well as what they are really interested in which includes not only properties but locations and price as well. He is ALWAYS polite and listens to everything you have to say both in person and in communicating in e-mails or over the phone.We have driven down to Southern California twice and Jason was always very well prepared for what he was showing us. The booklets he had prepared for the days of viewings were very well put together and prepared us for what the next property had to offer us. You could tell the amount of time he put into them. All this and knowing we didn't have to find a place for the next two years.Both of us would NEVER want any other real estate agent helping us out in finding our dream retirement home along the coast in Southern California,We both would very highly recommend Jason Crosswell to anyone even thinking of buying in Southern California.
