Elle was a blessing that we desperately needed. Our home had a couple of issues that created challenges with the sale. Elle met those challenges head on and was fearless. Before hiring Elle as our realtor, our home was on the market for about 6 months and although we had a lot of interest in the home, the challenges kept most potential buyers away. I don't want to get into the details, but we were in a nightmare type situation. As we were losing hope of selling our home, we ended up taking it off the market and looked for a new realtor.Elle was very motivated and contacted me to see if I wanted her to sell our home. After meeting with her, my wife and I knew that Elle was going to be the one to sell it.Elle was confident and had the credentials/sale history to back it up. She assured us that she would be able to sell it quickly. Within the first week of listing the property, Elle had a great offer that we took. However, we fell out of escrow. Elle immediately had us another offer; that fell out of escrow too. This was no fault of Elle's and she continued her hard work. Long story short, Elle found us a buyer and we finally sold the home.Elle was very easy to work with, open-minded to what we wanted, and had a wealth of knowledge and experience that was invaluable.I can not give her enough praise or show her enough gratitude. Anyone looking to sell their home should work with Elle. She will not disappoint you.
