I could not be happier with the experience and results I had with Andrew in the selling of my house. He went above and beyond all of my expectations. Because I was out of town, he was especially helpful in handling some of the homeowner responsibilities of inspections, recommending and meeting contractors, even handling an insurance claim with my agent and the adjuster. I couldn't have done it without his efforts. Additionally, he was in constant contact with any negotiation developments and ready with good advise as to whether to push or be patient. In dealing with me he as the client he was totally professional, easy going, flexible to my schedule (which was quite varied), and very laid back, aka not pushy. I believe the greatest quality an agent brings to home buying/selling is no emotional attachments. The difficult dance for the agent is to recognize the emotional attachments that the client has. He was very careful in our initial meeting to find out what my biggest goals and concerns were and guided me throughout the process with options and suggestions to the issues that arose. I felt like he was working for me and not just a sale. And, he delivered.

I wouldn't even know where to start to describe the customer service that Mr. Kelton provided my family and I! He was unbelievably amazing with knowledge, providing details about areas/properties, patient with me learning the buying process, helpful in guiding me to sources for home owner knowledge of responsibilities, very punctual with time and delivering documents needed, and most of all he had impeccable negotiation skills which enabled me to get WAY MORE than what was even offered! He went above and beyond to assist with the veterans programs available for buyers like myself! This was my first purchase and he made this experience one of the best I've ever had in dealing with professional customer service. He upheld a professional and tactful demeanor yet had a interpersonal way to make the services he provides very tailored to my needs. I never felt any pressure to close to buy quickly and he sought out all possibilities in purchasing the best home for me. I have attempted to work with other realtors and they weren't very good experiences for myself as a veteran. I would highly recommend Mr. Kelton to anyone who wants an honest and knowledgeable realtor! He is superb! Please note that he helped me through this process WHILE I was deployed to AFGHANISTAN for months at at time! How rare is this?! I WISH MORE REALTORS MIRRORED MR.
