Andrew was the best Realtor you could ever ask for!So personable, always makes you feel comfortable through every step of the way. He made my house hunting/buying experience smooth, easy & painless!Genuinely had my best interest at heart with every listing he shared and we viewed. Stood on top of everything and always made himself available no matter what time of day with all my million and one questions (I was a first time home buyer so I always had a lot of questions).Andrew is a very patient and kind person, always took the time to explain everything out to me and made sure I understood what was going on at all times and always kept me updated about everything. I wouldn't even know where to start to describe the customer service that Mr. Kelton provided my family and I! He was unbelievably amazing with knowledge, providing details about areas/properties, patient with me learning the buying process, helpful in guiding me to sources for home owner knowledge of responsibilities, very punctual with time and delivering documents needed, and most of all he had impeccable negotiation skills which enabled me to get WAY MORE than what was even offered! He went above and beyond to assist with the veterans programs available for buyers like myself! This was my first purchase and he made this experience one of the best I've ever had in dealing with professional customer service. He upheld a professional and tactful demeanor yet had a interpersonal way to make the services he provides very tailored to my needs. I never felt any pressure to close to buy quickly and he sought out all possibilities in purchasing the best home for me. I have attempted to work with other realtors and they weren't very good experiences for myself as a veteran. I would highly recommend Mr. Kelton to anyone who wants an honest and knowledgeable realtor! He is superb! Please note that he helped me through this process WHILE I was deployed to AFGHANISTAN for months at at time! How rare is this?! I WISH MORE REALTORS MIRRORED MR.
