My family and I sold our home for the most $$$ per square foot to date in the Kew Gardens/Forest Hills border. She's a breath of fresh air because many of these brokers that have her skill set work in manhattan on multi-million dollar deals and don't work the Forest Hills/Rego Park/Kew Gardens area. I've bought, sold and rented with many brokers in the area for the past 20 years, but she is among the few, if not the only, that actually puts forth all her efforts to make the deal happen; and no other broker understands and effectively markets the way she does....hands down!!!
