The honesty and integrity of Will Penney was what we were looking for in a real estate agent.Will gave us more information in 30 minutes than a previous realtor gave us in 3 months. He did his due diligence when it came to the listing price of my parents home.Will shared the information he gathered to support his selling price of the home. He clearly informed us of all fees that would be incurred upon the selling of the home, so we knew the net result. All of that information, gave us peace. Will's agency has a quick turnover in inventory, because of his knowledge and expertise in this market. Will is funny, caring and kept us informed every step of the way. (Moms house sold before the sign went in the yard! ) I believe that was GODS will,but Will Penney was the instrument through which this sale was completed.
