We initially reached out to Janet, unknowingly, when my husband inquired about a property in the Colorado Springs area by texting a code to a phone number, and it was the best thing that happened to us! She was very attentive and understood our situation when we met with her in person that same day (My husband and I are currently moving from San Diego to Colorado Springs). We were on limited time visiting the Colorado Springs area and Janet worked hard to get us viewings of properties during our short trip there. She provided online resources and a phone app to assist us in our search for a place to live. Janet was very responsive, kind, and such a blessing for us to work with as she has vast knowledge of the Colorado Springs area. She went above and beyond expectations to provide a FaceTime walk through of a property after we had flown back to California; we learned during the walk through that we had been approved for the rental property.
