We were living in MN and wanted to sell our home and move to Memphis. I did much online research to find an agent in Memphis and liked what I read about Dianne, so I contacted her to help with our home search. We visited Memphis twice before actually moving here. She and her husband Bruce, who is also an experienced agent, showed us many homes, showed us around the area, took us to lunch, and in general, just made us feel like friends. When we finally did find the "home of our dreams", Dianne worked tirelessly with a difficult situation to make everything work for us. She never gave up on us, even though it felt like we'd never find the right house. This was the complete opposite of the horrible experience we had selling our home! I would HIGHLY recommend Dianne to anyone who is looking for an agent who is extremely experienced, who will work with you and for you, is compassionate and understanding, but is also a tough and skilled negotiator and who I believe, is the absolute best at what she does!
