Alex was an excellent agent as my husband and I began our search for a vacation home. He quickly and efficiently sent a number of suggestions to us, based on what we were looking for in a new home. He was prompt, courteous, and willing to show us whatever we wanted to see, and he was very knowledgeable about homes that were on the market....he'd been in several of them already, which meant he knew a lot of information beforehand. As we were trying to decide between a couple of FANTASTIC houses, he was very unbiased, making sure WE were happy with our decision and that it truly was OUR decision, which I LOVED!! After we decided on the perfect home for us, Alex was very helpful in helping us decide what amount to offer/counteroffer in a range we were comfortable in, and he was quick to get things moving and questions answered, creating a flawless move towards closing. We LOVE our new vacation spot!! I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Alex to anyone looking for a new home, and we will undoubtedly be giving him a call for all of our future real estate needs!
