Agents like Shane are a Diamond in a hay stack! From the moment we got in touch with Shane he was extremely professional, educated, kind, good at listening for what we were looking for in a home. My husband and I are primary caregivers for our grandfather whos a retired Episcopalian priest, which required a list of - must have or else we cant buy it. Shane understood exactly what we were looking for and made sure everything we asked for was on the property listing. We had to vacate our rental property within a month of receiving a letter stating that the home owner was selling the property. We were under a very short time period to find a home which was scary at first but with the guidance, knowledge that Shane gave us, it truly made me and my husband at ease knowing our agent was working 24/7 above and beyond to find our dream home.
