My fiance and I were able to purchase our first home this year and we owe a huge thank you to Josh!! We met josh after taking a break with our original realtor. She was friendly, but as a younger couple trying to make a big decision we really needed an experienced and knowledgeable realtor to help us navigate the market and strategically find the best home for us. We decided to take a break with her to explore other options and I'm so glad we did. After being referred to Josh, we set up a consultation and began the process. I must say that Josh has an unmatched level of knowledge and expertise in this field. We were able to trust him every step of the way and knew he had our best interests at heart, I love that he never persuaded us into a home just for the sake of a sale. We even took a break in the process to put us in a better financial spot for a home. He never made us feel rushed or that we had to jump on the first thing, he even told me that one of my favorite houses was not a good choice (looking back it really wasnt and he was right).
