I'm planning to relocate to Arizona and working with KC to find a new home there. It's daunting to move by myself to a new area but it's really comforting knowing she is there to help me because it'd be really hard to do it without her. She takes photos, measurements, does video tours with me, helps me strategize what will and won't work for my business plans, and has been a great resource. She is optimistic and encouraging yet realistic and tells me honestly what is likely to happen in different scenarios so I can make the best choices. She even helped me find furniture and welcomed me into her home several times when I was visiting Arizona. Not only has she been working on my behalf but she's even enlisted her team members to join forces so I have the full support of her and her team. If you're looking for someone who is going to advocate for you, then KC is the person for you. I've worked with many realtors in the past and none of them have risen to KC's standards. I was relocating out of CA to AZ and I knew absolutely nothing about the area or homebuying except the fact that I needed a home! KC spoke to me about my needs and figured out which area would be best for me. Immediately after our initial phone call, she went to work! The very next day she began sending me listings that matched exactly what I had asked her for. She worked through the listings before she sent them to me to ensure that they met all my needs. I was amazed. The homes that I starred, she immediately went and took videos of those homes the very next day! I fell in love with the first home she sent me.
