I can't say enough wonderful things about our realtor Tania! During the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home she had all the really important qualities in a realtor. She is professional and communicated well during the whole process, and negotiated a great deal on our home as well as made sure we were protected in the sale of our home so we didn't end up without a home if our purchase fell through. She knows how to write a contract that benefits you on a sale or purchase. She also thinks outside of the box and get creative and had she not had that experience that comes along with being a seasoned realtor I never would have been able to get the dream home on property that we purchased!!!! Tania was also very kind and patient with my millions of questions and and I am so thankful for all her help, advice and expertise she brought to both the sale and purchase of my home! There are plenty of realtors out there but Tania really goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows in all the dealings I had with her. If you want a realtor who will really work to make sure you are taken care of above all else Tania is the best!
