I used Cindy and her team on the sale of my home and also purchase of my new home so two great experiences wrapped into one. In my opinion she was strong in all aspects of both deals but the real differentiator was her level of experience. She knew all the potential pitfalls and coached me to avoid them. Her listing (pricing, staging recommendations and knowledge of the current market) skills were on point and she had the patience to take me to pre-vetted houses on the market and avoid some listings which had issues which would have been nightmares after close. (did you see the Money Pit movie?) Lastly I feel a big plus was her team. If you need support on ancillary items like insurance, mortgage and even dependable tradespeople, she has the contacts and her office staff was terrific at "herding the cats"...
