We were so lucky to have Tammy as our agent representing us in the purchase of our home. Tammy went above and beyond The scope of her job. Her communication with us was excellent. If we called or texted her with a question she always got right back to us. She explained every document we asked about and when problems arose (and there were many)she had solutions right away. Tammy always stayed calm and positive even we were stressing out over the problems. She is the sweetest, kindest person we have ever encountered in the real estate agent world. When she met us at our new home to give us the keys, she was waiting there with pizza and cold drinks :-) We had driven all day and when we arrived that was the best surprise. Now that we are moved in Tammy is still taking care of any little thing that comes up with the house. We thank her so much and feel we made a friend for life here in our new town.

Tammy is one of the kindest most sincere people I have ever met and thats only partially why she is a great real-estate agent. My husband and I were given the dreaded 60 days notice to leave our home of 5 years when our landlord decided to put it on the market. We contacted Tammy the next day and explained the situation. She had us looking at homes within a few days. As first time home buyers we had tons of questions at all hours of the day/night, no matter what she was and still is there for us. She is truly amazing! In moments of frustration she is calming. She is flexible and understanding about work schedules. When she doesn't feel like it's a right fit or not the best neighborhood she is honest. She opened our eyes to options we were not considering. We always thought our only options were 900sqft condos that we could "like", but with her knowledge of the area and years of expertise, we ended up in a 2,000sqft home that we both LOVE!
