Tammy is one of the kindest most sincere people I have ever met and thats only partially why she is a great real-estate agent. My husband and I were given the dreaded 60 days notice to leave our home of 5 years when our landlord decided to put it on the market. We contacted Tammy the next day and explained the situation. She had us looking at homes within a few days. As first time home buyers we had tons of questions at all hours of the day/night, no matter what she was and still is there for us. She is truly amazing! In moments of frustration she is calming. She is flexible and understanding about work schedules. When she doesn't feel like it's a right fit or not the best neighborhood she is honest. She opened our eyes to options we were not considering. We always thought our only options were 900sqft condos that we could "like", but with her knowledge of the area and years of expertise, we ended up in a 2,000sqft home that we both LOVE! Our PERFECT first home! We will be returning clients in the future when it's time to move on to our next home. Tammy, we cant thank you enough for making this happen for us.

We were looking to sell our home in Acton and buy a smaller home for us. We saw Tammy's information and called her. Once we met her we had a good feeling after talking with her. We got lucky picking her as our realtor. Thank god we really needed a luck in our life . She is so dedicated about her job. We really think we dont know how we would of made it without her. Tammy always called and text us everyday. It was a crucial decision when we decided to sell our house because my husband was just diagnosed with alzheimer's disease. We are so lucky to have Tammy because she was so understanding dealing with our situation. We told her that we had a bad experience with our previous realtors in the past from buying and selling homes through out our life. We are so so grateful to have Tammy in our life. We had a hard time facing our new life this time but Tammy is very compassionate especially with me and my husband got overwhelmed with everything. We got so comfortable and amazed at howe she worked with us. Once we got our home in Escrow we started looking for a new home. Tammy was so experienced in selling our home and getting us into a new one and guiding us every step of the way. In marriage you always talk about good communication. Its very important to achieve in your life. Tammy had the best communication and always let us know what was going on and explained everything to us as well. Once we bought our new home and we were ready to close our escrow she was there walking us through and making sure everything was perfect for us. What an outstanding experience we had with Tammy. I wish and hope that anyone out there is looking to buy or sell a home that you give Tammy a chance to work for you as you will not regret it. Tammy is our best friend in life. We highly recommend Tammy as a Realtor, The Best Realtor in the World!
