First time homebuyers, house hunting in SoCal on a tiny budget. We searched four years through job changes and promotions and paying off debt, always feeling like we were inching closer to landing a house, yet always getting outbid. Then the pandemic hit. We watched home prices skyrocket and it was as if we were starting over. Three years lateraEUR" finally caved and reached out to a buyers agent that had been contacting me after I requested info on a property. The agent immediately began pushing us to bid over our budget ceiling and ignored criteria for what we were looking for. After trying to convince me to drop my trusted lender and go with his, I reached out to my lender for guidance. He offered to introduce me to an amazing buyers agent he knew. Kelly Jones of Russell Realty Group turned everything around for us. Her insight, expertise, and sincere empathy allowed us to actually enjoy the house hunting experience for the first time. We didnt feel pressured to make offers on properties we didnt like. If we went aEURoeLeroy JenkinsaEUR? and suggested an offer too high, she would tell us straight up that the property wont appraise for that price. She would walk me through complex inspection/documentation processes via text any hour of the day, and was reliably prompt to respond. We always felt like she was in our corner. Based on our budget and asks in an insane sellers market, we were probably the toughest clients an agent could take on. I'm very happy (and relieved!) to say that we are scheduled to close escrow on 08/11/23. Kellys knowledge, talent, and negotiating skills won us a property we love for 5% under asking price at at time when similar properties are selling for $50K over list. Throughout the process she always listened to our needs, was thoughtful about properties she suggested, and was honest about issues she observed and how they could affect us. Most of all, Kelly stood by us long after other agents wouldve ghosted us for clients with a bigger budget. Our family will always be grateful to Kelly Jones for bringing us home at last.

Kelly is Amazing!!! there are no words to explain how capable and helpful Kelly was during this entire process. I was a first time home buyer and had done research but there was still a substantial amount of things I did not comprehend. Kelly was by my side the entire time answering all my questions no matter what day or time it was. Whenever there was a bump in the processes of buying my home kelly was always there to reassure me everything was going to be just fine. I was very selective in the kind of home I wanted and not once did kelly made me feel like I was asking for too much. She always told me that there is a home out their for everyone and we where going to find my perfect home. Before Kelly I had spoken to 4 other real estate agents that did no pay any attention to me because I was young but Kelly made me feel like she was my friend and i am just so grateful we crossed paths.
