Eric was absolutely amazing, I plan on keeping his contact information because he will be the realtor I call when I'm ready to purchase my second home. As a first time home buyer new to the state of Texas I was feeling nervous, anxious and defeated. I wasn't the strongest competitor in this current market and after looking at different homes I was beginning to feel that I should wait a year before attempting to buy.
