We met Brenda at the Equality March vendor booths in Washington DC on June 11th. We were attracted to her extensive knowledge of the area and her ability to answer to difficult questions we raised. I guess it was a mini job interview and she demonstrated the qualities we admired: professionalism, authenticity and honesty. I was assisting a friend (Naval Officer) relocating to Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda. Brenda offered to show us properties and we were quickly able to win a bidding war with her guidance. Unfortunately, during the inspection process we determined it was a Pig with Lipstick as her referred inspector told us and we cancelled that contract. Many realtors would have tried to negotiate to save the deal, but Brenda had our best interests in mind when she advised us correctly that it was not Our House and that she would work with us to find that house. It has been an arduous process and we have been in bidding wars and lost a few properties and one other that was not right either. She has remained upbeat and always ready to work with our military medicine work schedule and fight traffic to show us properties at all hours on all days. I cannot recommend Brenda with enough stars to describe the manner she has treated us and will update when we finally close on OUR HOME.
