Ruschele was an absolute joy to work with, and became a friend throughout my home search! She is extremely knowledgeable with respect to all areas of Columbus. I am very grateful that she took a lot of time to listen to me, what I was looking for in a home, and WHY. I felt comfortable with her from the second we met; in fact, I canceled the interviews I had with other realtors and hired her the day after we met! Not only did I receive a daily listing from her, she would make it a point to let me know if she had something pending that she thought I should see. When we were looking at homes, Ruschele was very open and honest with respect to her opinion of what we were seeing; she was not afraid to tell me if she didn't think a home would work for me once we saw it. That was huge for me, and went a long way in her earning my trust. She was always responsive, even when traveling for business or on vacation; I never felt like I wasn't a priority with her and I know she treats all of her clients in the same manner.
