One would think that any real estate agent would become exhausted with clients that took a year to finally decide on a home purchase. We are still amazed that Matthew not only stuck with us through the process, but remained steadfast, optimistic and enthusiastic in his commitment to our quest. Before meeting him, we had worked with another agency. It was clear that the buying agent only showed us what she wanted to sell us--not what we had stated in our criteria. Matthew never showed us one home that didnt fit within our guidelines. He did, however, give us a nudge to move outside the box we had put ourselves into. We never even considered that we could afford to have a home built, but Matthew introduced us to a builder who worked within our budget and created a home we could only dream of owning. We are beyond blessed and have absolutely no reservations in trusting Kevin Schumacher and his awesome staff.
