My wife and I had a home we were selling and also wanted to upgrade because we had out grown our 1st home. We spent a lot of time researching to find the right agency for us. One of our friends had recommended The Lahey Group and after doing a little research we decided to meet with them to see what they could offer. I was completely "wowed" after our first meeting and we decided to work with them to both sell our home and buy are next home. Jonathan Guaranteed us that they would sell are home for at or above market value or they would buy it. Lets just say it did not take longer then a week to have our home under contract and we couldn't be happier, I had no idea it would of been sold that quick but Jonathan had a list of clients who were looking for a house like ours. After we closed, we then hunted for our next home and once we found it we new this is what we wanted. They were many offers on the house but the Lahey Group we well connected and did a great job negotiating with the sellers and we came upon a deal. The Lahey Group really changed our lives, I couldn't imagine using any other agency.

Working with Gerry Berdan is an absolute pleasure. We moved to Montgomery from out of state and were open to buying or renting. Ultimately the market and career plans did not support purchasing a home, and when we told Gerry, there was zero reduction in quality service or pressure to reconsider. When looking at homes, he was sensitive to our needs/wants and came into every house to investigate personally with us, while also being sensitive to the need to discuss as a couple in private as well. We also needed to see as many houses as possible as quickly as possible since we were house hunting from out of state and his team arranged everything rapidly. Even after we moved into the rental, we had some questions and he still responded quickly. For those LGBT customers, we are an same-sex couple and this was also no issue at all for Gerry and his team. We were treated with complete respect at all times. If our plans change and we are ever looking to buy a home in the area, we would certainly work with Gerry Berdan again.
