We Listed our home with Jim-not knowing anything about him- just a referral from a family member. He was very up to date, and told us we would have no problems selling our home. He gave us helpful information about the things it would take to improve it for pictures & showings- both on a personal & professional level. I have never sold a house, so I had no idea of the things you need to do. Then one day Jim comes with boxes, tape guns, markers to help me pack things. I was shocked! Realtors do this! We laughed & kept working- I thought to myself, these things will Not make any difference in selling this house. We got everything ready for the pictures & they turned out very good. Soon after posting them, we had 2 Showing schedule. I was excited!! Our second showing produced an offer- Jim kept us updated, informed and answered all our questions.i couldnt have asked for a better, Realtor- Friend to represent us for such an important event in Life! We feel very fortunate to work with Jim & would gladly refer any of our family & friends to him! He has a great Seller Personality & is very educated on what it takes to sell!
