Thank goodness the process is all over! I now know how stressful it is to sell a home, and how frustrating things are when things do not seem to be going perfectly. If you are reading this, then you are looking for a Realtor. I'd suggest you go with Arlo and his team. I found out about Arlo through a friend and went onto Zillow to read the reviews. He has several 5 star reviews, so we called and made an appointment. Arlo was able to see us the next evening and he had lots of info on hand, and we liked him so we immediately signed on with him. The house was on the market within a few days, with an open house in a week. The person Arlo got to stage the house was phenomenal, the house looked amazing. We got rid of everything personal, then the people came in and made the house look so good that I could barely recognize it. The results of the photos were stunning, and all the flyers looked wonderful. After the first weekend we had several offers. Its been about 6 weeks since we initially met Arlo, to closing. There have been times I've been frustrated and anxious, but Arlo's communication definitely helped put me at ease. I knew that Arlo had been working very hard in the background to get everything done. I just really have to say thanks to Arlo, and your team, for selling our house, It was thanks to all your efforts that made this possible. I really appreciate the call you gave us when it was all over, thanking us for choosing you. Its the little things you guys do that people don't initially see that make you phenomenal!
