He came for an in house consultation on the same day (weekend!), and kept up the same level of top notch service through the closing and beyond. This was a very difficult and stressful sale for us, due to serious disclosure items that seriously complicated our sale. But Arlo brought reassurance and confidence to the table, and ended up landing a buyer offer far above what we thought was possible. He waded through a huge amount of work, both with up front disclosure of our house issues, and dealing with unmotivated agents - always with a cheerful attitude.
